Overview
The works include upgrade works to alleviate ponding and improve pavement conditions in front of block N (Student Support); between the library and blocks B and C; and on the north side of block C.
Also included is the upgrade of the block A quad. Remedial work is required to the asphalt area in front of block F and upgrade work is required to the asphalt area at block S.
Rectification of the situation where storm-water is discharging into the sewer, provision of hot water to block B girls and boy’s toilets near room B6, and replacement of defective piping in block C is required.
