Strip out of all floor coverings, wall display linings, gas heating units, existing classroom dividers, sink benches. New layout including but not limited to new glass/alloy sliding classroom sliding doors, classroom sink units, remedial work to disestablished gas heating units both inside and outside connections. Unit disconnected and made safe plus any venting, new whiteboard units, new carpet tiles and vinyl and display linings, all to new layout, safety glass infills to truss areas on mezzanine floors, there will also be some plumbing electrical work associated with this ILE upgrade.
