The School Board of St Heliers School is carrying out the cyclical maintenance of their school buildings. They are looking for a qualified painting contractor to complete the exterior painting of select buildings, including all necessary surface preparations (and targeted repairs), safety measures and in compliance with the paint manufacturer’s specifications. The main contractor will also need to provide a separate list and pricing of all necessary targeted repairs to surfaces, including but not limited to frames, trims, cladding, decks and balustrades. Price must include labour, material and items to ensure health and safety, including but not limited to the set u of site fences, scaffolding, edge protection and harnesses.

o Phase 1: during the term break, from 23 September to 8 October 2023
o Phase 2: during the summer term break, from 16 December 2023 to 6 February 2024.
