- Re Roof or repair whole roof
- Install Ceiling insulation with re-roof
- Replace the clearlite with trafficable substrate.
Block 4
- Replace Clearlight or install PVC mesh beneath the clearlite if condition satisfactory
Block 9
- Re Roof or repair whole roof
Block 10
- Replace Clearlight or install PVC mesh beneath the clearlite if condition satisfactory
Block F
- Re Roof or repair whole roof
Site
- Replace Clearlight or install PVC mesh beneath the clearlite if condition satisfactory
Upgrade gutters and downpipe capacity throughout whole school, including:
Block 1
- Connect downpipe to nearest stormwater outlet, re fall wastepipe to gully
Block 2
- Connect downpipe, Replace missing downpipes and gutters to rooms 12, 13 & 15
The Contractor will be engaged through a Minor Works Contract. No Contract related tags will be considered. The Principal prefers there to be no drawings and specification related Tags.
