The Board of Trustees for Coley Street School, Foxton are seeking a suitably qualified Main Building Contractor to carry out the Extension & Refurbishment to provide and LSC Space.
The Contract Works required are: Construction of a 15m2 addition to existing Library to create an office area for a learning support co-ordinator. Office addition requires construction of an access hallway through existing library sitting room and a doorway created from new hallway into new office. Works also involve conversion of the remaining existing sitting room to an accessible WC.
All tender documentation and necessary information attached.
Contractors must visit site. Contact School Office to arrange a site visit.
Ideally dependent on MoE funding approval this work would be started approx as soon as possible once confirmation of approvals are advised, however this will be discussed with the successful contractor and school once funding approval is confirmed.
