The project is to demolish 4 temporary classrooms and a single toilet block located on the school playing fields. Four relocatable classrooms and a toilet block were established on the school playing fields as temporary accommodation. The classrooms and toilet block are no longer required and beyond their economic life. The Ministry of Education wants the classrooms and toilet block demolished and material removed, and the site reinstate. The general scope is: demolish and remove material; terminated services; remove temporary paving; reinstate the site; reinstate any damage to the playing field done during the demolition. Access to the buildings is via a restricted route. Construction will need to be completed during term time along with school holidays.
