Roofing: Block 1, Block 7 Pool Changing, Block 9 Caretakers shed and Block 12 LSC - Replace clearlite roofing with trafficable Webglass Rooofing.
Lighting & Electrical: Block 1, Rms 3,4,5,6,9 and Block 4 Hall, Block 11 Dental - Remove fluorescent ligting and downlights and replace with new LED Lighting. Block 12: LSC, Remove existinng ceiling heaters and replace. Block 11 Dental: Replace old RCD protection with new RCD protection.
ILE: Remove the access way between Rooms 5 & 6 to create an enlarged learning/presentation space. Alternative access to Rooms 4 & 5. Replace ceiling rooms 5, linings , pinboard Rooms 3, 4, 5, 6, 8 & 9, carpet , vinyl, lighting, power.
Replace window/joinery Rms 3 & 4.
Block 12: Rooms 10 & 11, Replace, carpet & vinyl.
Block 4: Toilet upgrade work with provision; of hot water.
Site: Drainage Supply and install backflow preventer to pipe at boundary.
