i. Student toilets internal refurbishments including but not limited to:
(a) Fittings replacements
(b) Wall lining replacements
(c) Floor coverings replacements
(d) Partitions replacements
(e) Electrical works – ventilation and lighting upgrades
(f) All associated painting
ii. Classroom AMS/ILE upgrades including but not limited to:
(a) Floor coverings replacements
(b) Cabinetry replacements
(c) Wall linings and wall coverings replacements
(d) Window joinery replacements
(e) Carpentry associated to creation of new opening in between classrooms
(f) Installation of new internal door joinery
(g) Ceiling replacements/repairs
