Block 1: Internal alterations to existing partitions and ILE Upgrade to rooms 20+21. Work includes glazed partitions, insulation, floor coverings, pinboard, lighting etc. to classrooms.
Block 5: Work involves opening between 2 classrooms with doors breaking out onto existing decking. Internal upgrading work includes new floor coverings and pinboard etc. Bag cubicles will be added to the verandah so existing lobby can be used for breakout groups. Work includes glazed partitions, insulation, floor coverings, pinboard, lighting etc.
Aluminium windows of Clrms 18 + 19 require replacement to new commercial grade.
There is an element of asbestos cladding present that will require an approved plan for removal, handling and disposal.
Electrical Distribution Upgrades are also required to Blocks 7 + 9.
