Overview
The block is a 1956 build and is experiencing UV damage to the original timber window joinery,
resulting in the rotten joinery requiring replacement. The timber windows are to be replaced with
new commercial grade aluminium joinery. Works are for the replacement of all the window joinery
on the second storey of Block C. There are 5x teaching spaces + circulation spaces requiring
replacement.
We are seeking suitable contractors to provide a design and build solution for the joinery
replacement works. Works and warranties will need to be signed off by a LBP. The surrounding
cladding is ACM and will require monitoring to avoid disturbance while the windows are being
eased out and in.
