Overview
Waimea College is a large secondary school located in Nelson. This time sensitive project requires the services a experience main contractor to work with both the project manager and designers to provide input into design and then deliver the project.
Ideally the selected contractor will be locally based in Nelson.
The project includes, but is not limited to:
Internal demolition works
New framing
Plumbing & Drain works
Electrical
Fit out works using mainly nominated sub contractors, that the selected main contractor will be responsible for co ordinating and managing.
