Overview
The 10YPP Condition assessment identified the translucent roof on Block A’s outdoor covered area as not compliant with current required MOE standards. It is not trafficable and therefore is unsafe and poses significant health and safety issues.
An assessment of Block F (Pool building) ascertained the roof above the changing shed is rusty and requires replacement. The translucent roof and walls do not meet current required MOE standards. The roof is not trafficable and poses health and safety issues.
