Notice of upcoming tender opportunities
School Admin is about to commence a tender for school bus services in the following sub-districts:
- Te Kauwhata (8 routes)
- Warkworth (21 routes)
- Wellsford (18 routes)
- Otamatea (13 routes)
- Ruawai (7 routes)
- Bream Bay (9 routes)
- Whangarei North (19 routes)
Potential tenderers are invited to attend a briefing via Zoom videoconference on Wednesday 28 October at 10am. The objectives of the briefing are to:
- contrast a number of agreement clauses which differ from recent tenders that school bus operators may have participated in, and
- provide an opportunity for tenderers to seek clarity about the draft RFP and Agreement for Services.
Each tender will be for a discrete contract, with varying tender and contract start dates applicable.

Potential tenderers who are unable to attend are welcome to review the proposed RFP and Agreement for Services and submit questions to School Admin. This must occur by 5pm on Tuesday 27 October.
