As per the school’s 5YA, this project will deliver construction of additional car park spaces to the east of the school site.
This is Design and Build Contract; the contractor will be responsible for the following:
i. Concept Design (each stage will need to be signed off by the school)
ii. Developed Design (each stage will need to be signed off by the school)
iii. Construction Drawings and Specification
iv. Services Location
v. Consultants Management
vi. Construction Works
It is expected that a detailed site visit will be required for the contractor to measure site and talk through the design brief and scope of work with the PM and school.
