Overview
The project is to undertake stabilisation work on 3 classrooms and a resource room affected by ground subsidence. The work will specifically involve installing two rows of piles between 3 and 5 metres below ground; running steel beams between the piles or into other underfloor structure to support the buildings; and reinstating any preparatory demolition work. The selected contractor will need to work around the ongoing school operation and surrounding classrooms.
