NOI – Classroom Relocation Services for Capital Works Northern – Open to new suppliers

The existing Ministry of Education (MoE) Relocatable Classroom panel agreement expires in late 2019.
There still exists a demand for this type of service, therefore the Ministry of Education is seeking to renew a panel for a maximum of four years (initial 2 years + 1 year renewal + 1 year renewal)

The high level summary of works involved include:

Uplift, transport and redistribution of existing MoE classrooms from one school to another.
Donor and recipient site works and make good
(The refurbishment of the relocated classrooms as needed)

Project volumes delivered through this panel are anticipated to be approximately $7 million per annum

The Ministry intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) on GETS in Mid November 2019 to invite new suppliers to apply to join the Relocatable Panel and existing suppliers to increase their scope of delivery. The closing date for submissions is intended to be 5pm, 08 November 2019.


The Ministry will hold a number of Market Engagement sessions to help suppliers understand the opportunity and the submission requirements in Early November 2019. If you are interested in attending a market engagement session please register your interest by emailing;
