Attention: Quantity Surveyors and Lead Designers
On behalf of the Ministry of Education, I would like to invite you to the Capital Works Southern Supplier Briefing. This GETS invite is open only to Quantity Surveyors and Lead Designers
We will be holding three briefings at the following locations:
Christchurch - 8:00am on Friday 16th August at The Ministry of Education Offices
Nelson - Thursday 29th August (Time & location TBC)
Queenstown - Friday 30th August (Time & location TBC)
These sessions are intended to provide you with valuable information regarding Capital Works Southern future school projects and an opportunity for you to ask us questions and provide feedback
They will also give you the opportunity to meet the key stake holders at the Ministry of Education so that you can put a face to the names of those that you will work with (or may have already worked with) on school projects
To register for this event please email Helen.McGinty@education.govt.nz with your preferred briefing location, company name, attendees and titles - Please note, due to restricted space please allow a maximum of two attendees from your company
Registration for this event closes at 5pm on Tuesday 13th August. Catering will be provided so please let us know if you have any special dietary requirements when you register.
