The Board of Trustees of Auckland Normal Intermediate School, (Poronui Street, Mt Eden, Auckland City) is seeking the building services for the re-construction of an existing six classroom block at Auckland Normal Intermediate (ANI) School.
ANI currently has 80% of the school transformed into Innovative learning environments (ILE’s) and are requiring the last 6 classrooms to be re-developed. The existing classrooms 17-18, 19-20 and 21-22 are to be integrated to form two-classroom modules and develop these into ILE’s, to align with the rest of the school.
To facilitate this last connection, classroom 22 requires being relocated alongside classroom 21.
The outcome is to have the work completed by 14 October 2016 to coincide with start of term four.
Prospective Contractors will need to provide a work flow program to demonstrate how they will achieve completion by required date.
