The Board of Trustees for Kinohaku School (the Buyer) is seeking a Main Building Contractor for the New Multipurpose Building & Refurbishment to Administration / Classrooms Block at Kinohaku School. A Block Administration & Classrooms, including new entrance, new accessible toilet, new deck and accessible ramp structure. Alterations to existing administration area and classrooms and general refurbishment throughout including ablution areas. An existing ancillary building is to be relocated to new pile foundations and connected to existing services (storm water disposal, data and electrical). The new Multipurpose building consists of multi-purpose room, storage rooms, library resource room kitchen / staff room, outdoor area and connect to existing services. (storm water disposal, sanitary disposal, water supply, fire alarm, data and electrical).
