The Ministry of Education (the Ministry) is seeking a Registration of Interest(ROI), from suitably experienced and skilled construction companies, who will make up a Tender Shortlist (the shortlist). The shortlisted parties will then be invited to submit tender prices for the construction of A 24 Classroom Block and associated works at a Central Auckland School.
The project is subject to final funding approval and as such the school name cannot be disclosed. It can be confirmed however the subject school is located within the Auckland Isthmus and is located within 10km of Auckland CBD.
The Ministry will select a shortlist of preferred contractors who will be invited to tender - based on full design documentation - in stage two of the procurement process.
The Ministry will utilise a, 3910-Contract for Building and Civil Engineering Construction with special conditions, to be entered into on appointment of the successful tender (see separate attachment available for download on GETS).
It is assumed that a respondent in submitting a response to this ROI accept the terms and conditions as set out in the 3910-Contract for Building and Civil Engineering Construction with special conditions.
