The Ministry of Education (MoE) requests Registrations of Interest (ROI) from suitably experienced and resourced Main Contractors who wish to be considered to provide a RFP for the subdivisional hard fitout of upper basement and Levels 1 – 12 at 33 Bowen Street for Ministry of Education.
The project consists of the internal fitout of Levels 1 – 12 (approx 13,000m2), at 33 Bowen Street, Wellington. Successful Main Contractors will be invited to tender the works in February 2015 and SHF works are programmed to commence in April 2015, to be progressively completed through to November 2015.
Following receipt and evaluation of the ROI, a short list of Main Contractors may be invited to participate in a Request for Proposal (RFP).
