The Ministry of Education (the Ministry) is inviting Proposals from Suppliers for the supply of temporary Property Advisor resources that can be called upon to supplement the existing Ministry’s Property Advisor capability as and when operational demands require.
The 4 Service Delivery regions have in excess of 2,300 schools in their portfolio. School Property Advisors are based in a number of New Zealand locations.
To ensure that the Ministry is able to service its schools it requires the property advisor role to be backfilled form time to time and often at short notice. Where this cannot be achieved through internal resources, the Ministry will seek to contract these services through an external provider.
Although the Ministry’s preference is for New Zealand wide (i.e. all 4 Service Delivery regions) coverage from one Supplier, the Ministry will also consider other viable proposals such as those based on a Regional basis.
