Overview
This RFP is looking for proposals from suppliers with the proven capability and capacity to provide Oracle Enterprise Business Suite (EBS) Support. The Ministry is seeking to acquire support services beyond what is covered by the Support Maintenance Agreement with Oracle. The agreement with Oracle is limited to technical support for resolving issues with its software solutions.
