The Ministry is seeking proposals for the provision of Lead Design Consultancy services for the Master Planning, Design, Consent and Construction Monitoring of three separate portions of work on Wadestown School.
The Building Improvement Program has identified the two buildings at the school that have been built, added to or adjusted since 1994. These include the Main Block – Block C and Block F which has been built on a pile sub structure.
The services of the Lead Design Consultant will include all service required to see the successful completion of the Demolition and Rebuild of Block F, Block C Weathertight Remediation and the Seismic Strengthening works to Block C.
The supplier will be engaged through the “General Conditions of Contract for Consultancy Services” (CCCS), August 2009 form of contract.
