Overview
The Ministry of Education (the buyer) is seeking tender prices for the remediation of the ESOL Block B at Papatoetoe High School, Nicholson Avenue in Papatoetoe, Auckland.
The remediation is to include the removal and reinstatement of the roof, cladding systems and aluminium joinery to resolve the weather-tightness issues with the building as well as the upgrade of the ground floor structural elements.
