In December 2015 Ministers announced that six schools would be built and maintained through a Public Private Partnership (PPP) . This will be the Ministry of Education’s third PPP.
The purpose of this Notice of Information is:
- to provide key information to suppliers to enable the appropriate consideration of opportunities that may arise through the Ministry of Education’s third PPP,
- to support suppliers’ identification and organisation of resources ahead of the release of an Invitation for Expressions of Interest (EOI),
- to enable suppliers to identify themselves to the Ministry as potential suppliers or bid team members in order that the Ministry might consider these identified suppliers’ involvement in any further market sounding ahead of EOI,
- to invite prospective suppliers to contact the Ministry with any queries to support their mobilisation of resources and comments in regard to the proposed approach to inform the Ministry’s finalisation of strategies and documentation.
