Overview
The Ministry of Education is seeking Construction Services on the Stage 4 Remediation Works at Porirua College.
The Ministry of Education is seeking a Main Contractor experienced in Weathertight Remediation to perform the works to the East Block.
The East Block has low pitch roofs as commonly found on schools across New Zealand. The proposed works is to re-pitch the roofs on this block and address all known weathertight defects within the buildings. The work will include the rationalisation of East Block to remove the over allocation and rearrange the remaining areas to suit the needs of the School. The rationalisation includes the demolition and making good of the northern section of the building.
