Overview
The Ministry requires an electronic system for the distribution, use and management of board papers.
The Ministry has a large number of boards responsible for various aspects of Ministry governance, made up of varying numbers of staff members, and there will be many users who will require access to more than one set of papers.
In addition to access by board members; we also require access by a number of support staff and admin users.
