The general scope of the SNM (major works) at Bayswater School include a new large timber framed
access deck to the front of an existing Senior classroom block (including access steps and ramps),
and a New Special Needs Bathroom addition to the rear of the existing building with internal
alterations to the sick bay and reading room areas to accommodate the new bathroom. In addition
to these two main work areas, there is some associated fire safety system upgrade works.
Both work areas (the access deck & the bathroom addition/alterations) are located in the senior
classroom building where the special needs student will be graduating to in the start of the 2016
term 1.
