Overview
The Ministry of Education (the buyer) is seeking tender prices for the remediation of the hall block 3 at Roscommon School, Burundi Avenue in Manurewa, in Auckland (the school). The remediation is to include the removal and reinstatement of the roof and cladding systems and structural issues to resolve weather-tightness issues with the building.
