Overview
Onslow College has a need for a new traction lift and associated building works to serve the main block over 3 stops accessing 4 different levels.
The work requires removal of 3 existing platfrom lifts and replacement with a single traction lift serving 3 stops.
Associated with this work is the necessary partial demolition of surrounding walls and roofs plus rebuilding of corridors and accessways to provide access suitable for students with mobility difficulties.
The lift supplier/installer already appointed is Cremer Lifts Ltd who will become a nominated subcontractor for the project.
Work will need to be completed for the beginning of the School Year 2016.
