The Ministry of Education (the Ministry) (the Buyer) is seeking a main contractor for demolition and rebuild of the Library at Whangaparaoa Primary School (the School).
Initially the project was intended to remediate the current library but after it had been appraised and then tested for asbestos, it was deemed better value to demolish and then rebuild.
To be considered for this opportunity you must satisfy all of the following pre-conditions:
• Demonstrate an understanding of site management on education projects
• Must be able to commence in September 2015
Respondents that are not able to satisfy all pre-conditions should conclude that they are unable to meet our Requirements and will not benefit from submitting a Registration (completed Response Form).
