Registrations of Interest are sought from main building contractors for the remediation of the existing recreation centre and pool shed at Kio Kio School, Otorohanga.
The indicative budget for the project is $400,000 with the project due to commence in end of July 2015 and be complete before the end of the year.
The Main Building Contractors must complete the RFP document in full and submit their price for carrying out all remedial and construction works as set out in this request for proposal.
A mandatory site visit will be held on Tuesday 2nd June at 2pm for those interested in tendering this project, all attendees are to confirm their attendance prior to Tuesday. (Please note: this differs from the date given in the tender documents)
