This Request for Tender is for the provision of Consultancy Services to support the acceptance of the SH-2G(I) Seasprite helicopter Full Mission Flight Simulator (FMFS). The FMFS is being acquired under the Maritime Helicopter Capability Project by the Ministry of Defence for the New Zealand Defence Force.
It is a requirement that these Consultancy Services are independent of any other contracted work for the FMFS that may be obtained by the Crown.
Due to this requirement for independence, respondents, either individuals, companies (or their related companies) submitting an offer in response to this RFT will not be considered for any related work that may be tendered by the Crown separately for the support or modification of the Seasprite simulator.
