A Request for Information (RFI) is issued by Wanganui District Health Board (WDHB) and MidCentral District Health Board (MDHB) as a joint initiative. We invite Supplier Panel members of the All of Government Print Technology and Associated Service (PTAS) contract to participate in this information-gathering process.

The outcome of this initial Request for Information (RFI) phase will enable the DHBs to understand the spectrum of currently available PTAS solutions that suppliers can provide and how these could be leveraged to offer the best value for money solution to meet the DHBs' PTAS requirements.

The purpose of this RFI is to obtain quality information to improve the requirements provided by a subsequent second stage tender (Request for Proposal). This RFI includes but is not limited to vendors working with the DHBs to identify how PTAS solutions currently available in the market can meet the DHB's needs through the rightsizing of our fleet of devices, deployment, integration capability (with our current and future Digital Services systems and strategies) and ongoing servicing and support components.

The DHBs intend to release a formal Request for Proposal (RFP) at a later stage, seeking a more specific solution and pricing information on PTAS.
