MBIE's Mediation Service (EMS) wishes to advise in advance through this FPO, our intention to release a Request for Proposal (RFP) in the near future for employment mediation services.
EMS is available to all employers and employees in Aotearoa New Zealand and provides free-at-point of use mediation services to employers and employees.
EMS is seeking to engage in additional experienced employment mediation service providers, some of whom have tikanga Māori capability, to be available to undertake mediations on an as required basis in some or all areas across Aotearoa New Zealand.
