The Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (MBIE) is seeking specialist services relating to a Review of Electricity Market Performance.

The Review is to advise MBIE on the impact of market structure, market design, and market rules (as set out in the Electricity Industry Participation Code 2010) on electricity markets performance, and on options to improve the performance of the Electricity market in terms of the Government’s objectives.
