The Government Centre for Dispute Resolution (GCDR) in 2015, surveyed independent providers of dispute resolution services (that is, those not employed by Government) to obtain a more comprehensive understanding of the then dispute resolution service provider market. This provided us with baseline information about who was operating the dispute resolution market, for example, what services they are providing, where they are situated, what bodies they affiliate to. We want to repeat the survey so as to provide market research information to other government agencies looking to procure dispute resolution services.
