Property Consultancy Services Common Capability Contract Request for Information

We have extended the Property Consultancy Services Common Capability Contract for a term of two years to 19 March 2024, with one optional right to extend for an additional year.

Government Property Group (GPG) as the Functional Lead for Government Property, also referred to as Property Management Centre of Expertise governs the Property Consultancy Services contract and New Zealand Government Procurement (NZGP) manages the contract on GPG’s behalf for all property related services within office accommodation and public interface space.

This RFI will enable us to gather information on your capabilities and identify the market interest in the panel. We will then use this information to decide the most appropriate actions for managing the panel for the duration of the contract term.

All providers (including current panel providers) are encouraged to complete this RFI form by 13 December 2021.
