Overview

The Modular Component Manufacturing (MCM) Scheme is a new certification scheme to support the off-site construction industry. The Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (MBIE) is seeking registrations of interest for the accreditation body function. The accreditation body will be responsible for assessing and accrediting the certifying organisations within the scheme. The Ministry will work with the accreditation body whilst establishing the scheme to ensure that it meets the objectives, aligns with industry best practise and gains the confidence of participants.
