Ministry of Business, Innovation and Business (MBIE) along with Tertiary Education Commission (TEC) are looking for suitably qualified and experienced commercial cleaning services for offices throughout New Zealand.
We are looking for multiple suppliers across the geographical spread. We are also open to suppliers collaborating together to provide services across a range of regions.
This tender excludes services currently being delivered at Mangere Refugee Resettlement Centre.
MBIE and TEC are focused on providing a safe, secure and clean environment for its staff, customers and contractors. The provision of quality cleaning services is considered important toward supporting this commitment.
We are seeking reliable partners who effectively manage their staff to ensure the delivery of a consistent and quality service. While demonstrating a commitment to treating their employees fairly, managing and maintaining good working conditions for their staff and providing the right level of training and support.
It is important that MBIE and TEC are meeting Broader Outcomes in improving conditions for New Zealand Workers and increasing access for New Zealand Business.
