New Zealand Government Procurement is changing the way some All-of-Government (AoG) contracts are delivered.
The Marketplace is a new online platform which makes it easier for New Zealand and international businesses to offer their products and services directly to New Zealand government agencies.
As a supplier on Marketplace, businesses share details of their products and services in catalogues. Suppliers can opt to join, add to or refresh what they offer at any time.
Government agencies check out Marketplace when they want to buy a product or service. It allows them to search, compare, and filter services using supplier credentials and service features. Agencies will be able to select which suppliers to engage with directly or through a secondary procurement process.
Marketplace links business with government, making the procurement process easier for all.
New Zealand Government Procurement (NZGP) will be launching its new AoG Marketing services solution through The Marketplace. www.marketplace.govt.nz.
