Overview
The Government Property Group (GPG) seeks to identify new or existing commercial office
accommodation options to meet the current and future needs of two government agencies in the
Wellington Central Business District (CBD). This property project is part of the Government Office Accommodation Programme and
is called the Wellington Central Office Accommodation Project.
