Overview
This opportunity is being presented by Ministry of Business,Innovation and Employment (MBIE) on behalf of another government department.
Expressions of interest are sought from experienced leadership training providers, who can deliver an innovative leadership programme to tier 4 and 5 managers.
At a minimum, the programme must cover the following topics:
1. Leadership fundamentals;
2. Authentic leadership;
3. Leadership in complexity and ambiguity;
4. Developing a strategic mindset;
5. Mobilising and engaging the workforce;
6. Engaging with stakeholders; and
7. Organisational resilience.
