The Government Property Group (GPG), a business unit within New Zealand Government Procurement and Property (NZGPP), seeks to identify new or existing commercial office accommodation options to meet the current and future needs of government agencies in the wider Wellington region. This property project is part of the Government Office Accommodation Programme and is called the Wellington Regional Accommodation Project.

This Registration of Interest (ROI) is the first step in a potential two-stage process. This process aims to identify and source new or existing commercial office accommodation in the wider Wellington region that is close to established transport routes, train stations, bus stops, public amenities, and ideally located in:

• Kapiti Coast (as far north as Waikanae);
• Porirua City; and, or
• Hutt Valley.
