This opportunity is being presented by MBIE on behalf of another government agency.
An on-line recruitment management system (RMS) to manage all external recruitment for a wide range of vacancies, whereby it is a single gateway for advertising vacancies, reviewing applications, communicating with candidates and automating, where possible, the recruitment process. The system must:
• have automated processes for pre-screening candidate suitability for employment
• allow bulk loading of advertisements to recruitment sites and social media sites
• have scheduling of assessment centres, interview bookings and other recruitment related activities
• allow candidates to set up and save their own profiles
• offer reporting capability on recruitment metrics such as candidate diversity, marketing preferences, time-to-hire, etc.
