Notice of information session for the shortlisted main contractors to receive the RFT for the construction of the Lincoln University AgResearch Joint Facility, and all interested subcontractors. The session will cover:

c. Form of contract, Brian Clayton, Chapman Tripp

It is intended that this session provides main contractors and subcontractors with a very clear understanding of what the project is, the form of contract, the status of the Schedule of Quantities and client drivers. The form of contract and risk allocation will be an important part of this session with the client seeking to ensure risk is appropriately allocated, noting the current NZ construction context.
