Lincoln University is New Zealand’s specialist land-based university and for more than 135 years, Lincoln has focused on improving New Zealand’s land-based knowledge, wealth and productivity.

The University’s larger campus is based in Lincoln,a small town 20km outside the city of Christchurch.Situated on 58 hectares of green space, the University offers modern teaching on a beautiful, established campus. Facilities include a comprehensive library, IT labs, free car parking, large dining hall and function centre, café and bar, a printery, a travel agency,banking services and excellent sporting facilities.On-campus accommodation is home to around 600 students during the University year,including catered halls of residence, self-catered residential halls and student housing.

Lincoln University (LU) invites suitable parties who are experienced in tertiary accommodation planning in a New Zealand context to respond to the Registration of Interest (ROI) for the provision of an Accommodation Plan for LU.
The purpose of this ROI is to provide LU with the appropriate information to be able to identify those businesses that are interested in and, in LU’s view capable of delivering an Accommodation Plan in a timely, efficient and cost effective manner.
The shortlisted agencies will be able to complete site visits prior to the preferred agency being selected.
