Lyttelton Port Company Limited (LPC), is a wholly owned operating company of Christchurch City Holdings Limited. LPC operates the Port of Lyttelton and Inland Ports of City Deport and Midland Port. Employing in excess of 650 staff, LPC is progressing a program of work development to support our growing hub-and-spoke model. This Request for Proposals (RfP) seeks interested parties with large program development capabilities and experience, to compile a proposal and partner with LPC as the preferred supplier and provider of a complex program of work business case.
