Lyttelton Port Company Limited (LPC) operates a fleet of vehicles and mobile equipment to support the operational, maintenance and repair functions of the organisation.

An overall strategy and tactical undertaking across the fleet has not been considered until now.

LPC realizes and appreciates its approach, is inefficient, likely isn’t selecting most appropriate vehicles for a marine Port environment and doesn’t consider use-profiles. Consequently, value extracted from the provision of fleet vehicles and mobile equipment, warrants review.

This Request for Information and Price (RfI/P) is an invitation to make submission for the provision of ongoing road-user compliance requirements, combined with provision of overarching fleet planning, provisioning, monitoring, maintenance, repair and disposal.
